Refund And Return Policy
EXCHANGE & RETURN INFO
- We accept exchange of sizes/colours/styles and refund for returns.
- We hope you love your purchase with us. However, if unfortunately you do not,you may return your online purchase(s) within 10 working days of receipt.
- For non-sale items, you may return for an one-time exchange or refund in CASH.
- For sale items, you may return for an one-time exchange or refund in STORE CREDITS
- Value of exchange should be same value or higher than purchase. Top-up is needed if the value of exchange is higher. The products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and original tags intact.
- All returns must be done via mailing within 10 days upon receipt of purchase by tracking method (e.g. smartpac, registered mail). Postage fee will be borne by customer. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- All items return must be UNWORN,UNWASHED AND BRAND TAG IN PLACE
- If item is destroyed or damaged, it will not be eligible for exchange/return.
- Eligibility of return or exchange will be determined based on our discretion.

NOTE: RETURNS & EXCHANGES ONLY APPLICABLE FOR LOCAL ORDERS.
- If the item(s) you received is defective, please email us at email@example.com with pictures of the defects clearly shown within 5 days of receiving your order.
- If defective item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out once customers mailed back the defective item.
- If defective item is not in stock, customer can replace with another product. Any excess will be refunded or any shortfall will need to be top up. Customer needs to state the item she wishes to replace in the email and we will contact her for the refund/top-up.
